What is your return policy?

We hope you love what you ordered, but in case you don’t, you can return your purchase for any reason.

Purchases that are returned according to this policy will receive a full refund.

When will I receive my refund?

Returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks of the date we receive your returned item.

Return Shipping Instructions

You can send your purchase back to us, at your expense. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process your return according to our policy.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Please contact SouthRenBeauty with-in 5 business days of receiving for RN for all returns.

Returned items must be un-opened in their original packaging. Returns are accepted with a 15% re-stocking fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or in-correct items will be replaced or fully refunded.


The following types of product are not accepted for return:

Unsellable Product:

Product that has been defaced or altered in any way may not be returned. This includes but is not limited to: price tags, stickers or other markings made with pen or marker. ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN OPENED AND/OR USED ARE NOT RETURNABLE!

Make-up, Make-up brushes, shears, Implements, combs and brushes are NOT returnable.
