What is your return policy?

We hope you love what you ordered, but in case you don’t, you can return your purchase if:

  • Product is not the right size
  • Product is damaged or defective
  • Product is not as described
  • You’re unhappy with the product

Purchases that are returned according to this policy will receive:

  • A full refund
  • A partial refund
  • Store credit or gift card
  • A replacement product
  • An exchange

When will I receive my refund?

Returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks of the date we receive your returned item.

Return Shipping Instructions

We’re happy to offer pre-paid return labels for quick, convenient return service.

The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Return Instructions

Returned items must be un-opened in their original packaging.
Damaged or in-correct items will be replaced or refunded.

NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCT

The following types of product are not accepted for return:

Unsellable Product: Product that has been defaced or altered in any way may not be returned. This includes but is not limited to: price tags, stickers or other markings made with pen or marker. ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN OPENED AND/OR USED ARE NOT RETURNABLE!

Make-up, Make-up brushes, shears, Implements, combs and brushes are NOT returnable.
